Hey there friends! I listened to a super sweet photographer friend of mine‘s (thats a mouthful) Bokeh podcast episode a while ago on blogging, as that is something I always struggle with. Vanessa offered a couple of ideas as what to blog for us listeners to borrow and use. I knew I didn’t want to use all of them, but this one definitely stood out to me! If blogging is something you need to work on, you should 100% listen to one of her episodes (#238).
The blog idea I really wanted to start doing is monthly goals. I’m a total planner, but I’m also a huge procrastinator. I mean, Ani and Eli are arriving today at 5, and I still need to clean parts of the house. I’ll pull a total Mama and yell at the girls for leaving their toys on the floor when Ani and Eli will be around the corner.
(told you I’m obsessed with Gifs)
But that’s beside the point, ha; the reason for this post is because I’m big on accountability. And while I use the Powersheets and LOVE THEM, nobody is holding me accountable. I need people to be like, “Hey Vero, how’s your Bible reading going?” “You drinking your water?” “You getting those steps in?” “Did you plan your posts for this month?”.
Soooo, starting with today, the month of July, I will start letting you all know what my goals for the month are and at the end of the month you’ll see what I actually crossed off my list! Sounds fun? I hope so! If you’re a list maker, goal writer, planner like me, then this series is for you! Some of these are goals with the hope that it will turn into a good habit.
Here we go, you ready? Cause I’m ready, lezzgo!
